We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to join our dynamic property management team as a Villa Attendant in Badung, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of villa spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor facilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in assistance, luggage handling, and prompt response to guest requests
- Perform daily deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and changing linens
- Manage laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of guest and villa textiles
- Prepare villas for guest arrivals by stocking amenities, arranging furniture, and ensuring all facilities are operational
- Monitor and restock villa supplies including toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities
- Communicate effectively with guests and property management team to resolve issues and enhance experiences
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in villa housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or similar hospitality role
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Exceptional customer service skills with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, lifting, and extended standing
- Knowledge of villa operations and guest service best practices
- Reliable work ethic with ability to manage time independently
- Basic understanding of Balinese tourism landscape and local attractions
