Bali Super Host, a leading luxury villa management company in Bali, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Villa Attendant / Housekeeping professional to join our team in the stunning area of Pecatu. The role involves managing daily cleaning schedules, handling guest requests with professionalism, and ensuring the property is always 'guest-ready.' Located in the scenic cliffs and surf-haven of Pecatu, this position offers a dynamic work environment within a supportive and growing organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of villa bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens according to company standards.
- Manage laundry and linen changes, ensuring all fabrics are handled with care and presented perfectly.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and assist with luggage or initial inquiries.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, reporting shortages to management.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage within the property immediately to the operations team.
- Ensure outdoor areas, including pool decks and terraces, are tidy and free of debris.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation throughout the property at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or villa attendance, preferably within a luxury villa or 4/5-star hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic English communication skills to interact effectively with international guests.
- Honest, disciplined, and possessing a positive attitude toward work and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be based in or commute easily to the Pecatu, Bali area.
