Bali Super Host is looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Villa Attendant / Housekeeping to maintain the excellence of our properties in the vibrant area of Seminyak. As a Villa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our luxury villas are spotless and comfortable for our international guests. You will play a vital role in the guest experience by managing daily cleaning tasks, maintaining outdoor areas, and providing exceptional service. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and bathroom amenities to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the swimming pool and garden areas.
- Restock toiletries, mini-fridge items, and cleaning supplies in guest suites.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental standards.
- Assist with laundry operations and ironing of linens when necessary.
- Report any maintenance defects or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or villa management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during shifts.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English is considered a plus.
