In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across our luxury villa properties. You will ensure that every guest arrives at a pristine, welcoming home-away-from-home. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of villa rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Ensure linens, towels, and amenities are replaced and presented according to brand luxury standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Villa Manager promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities to ensure consistent stock levels.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with villa guests.
- Uphold strict security protocols and privacy standards for all guest properties.
- Assist with pre-arrival inspections to ensure every villa is guest-ready.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in housekeeping or villa maintenance, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined with a professional work ethic.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Good communication skills in basic English or local language.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
