Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/out, special requests, and anticipatory care
- Maintain pristine villa conditions through daily cleaning, inventory management, and amenity replenishment
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams for seamless operations
- Prepare and serve meals, beverages, and snacks to guest specifications
- Manage villa security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Act as cultural ambassador, providing local insights and activity recommendations
- Document guest preferences and maintain detailed service records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years luxury villa/hotel experience preferred
- Exceptional communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Physical stamina for outdoor Bali conditions and lifting requirements
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management advantageous
