As a Villa Butler, you will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for anticipating guest needs, providing personalized services, and supporting the daily operations of our premium villas. You will work closely with our housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance teams to maintain the highest standards of luxury and cleanliness. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide comprehensive villa orientations.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring adherence to high culinary presentation standards.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance schedules to keep the villa pristine.
- Arrange transportation, excursions, and spa treatments for guests upon request.
- Maintain clear communication with the villa management team regarding guest feedback and operational needs.
- Ensure the security and privacy of all guests throughout their stay.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Butler, Guest Service Agent, or similar role in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, guest-oriented attitude.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional, polished appearance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local Bali attractions, restaurants, and services.
