- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out procedures and special requests
- Manage daily villa operations ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and security
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain luxury standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions for memorable experiences
- Arrange transportation, dining reservations, and local activity bookings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Monitor inventory of villa supplies and amenities

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality or butler role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional languages valued
- Knowledge of Bali's attractions, services, and culture
