Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in assistance, request fulfillment, and anticipatory care
- Maintain impeccable villa standards through daily inspections, inventory management, and supply coordination
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams for flawless operations
- Act as cultural ambassador providing local recommendations and arranging premium experiences
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols while managing sensitive guest information
- Implement emergency response procedures and safety protocols
- Train junior staff on service standards and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or villa management experience
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver anticipatory service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to minute details
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
