Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver professional butler services including guest welcome, housekeeping coordination, and personalized assistance
- Plan and execute gourmet meals using fresh local ingredients with dietary accommodation expertise
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for villa facilities, electrical systems, and water features
- Coordinate engineering projects including equipment installation, repairs, and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control for kitchen supplies, maintenance tools, and villa amenities
- Train and supervise junior staff across hospitality and technical departments
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure all villa assets remain in optimal condition
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years combined experience in luxury hospitality, professional cooking, and facility maintenance
- Proven culinary skills with formal training in international cuisine and dietary restrictions
- Technical certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred
- Fluent in English with strong Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
