Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures with a focus on creating personalized welcome experiences.
- Arrange and coordinate private transportation, yacht charters, and exclusive dining reservations at top-tier venues.
- Act as a local expert, providing detailed recommendations for cultural sites, spas, and recreational activities.
- Liaise closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villa standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and with the highest level of professionalism.
- Organize special events, celebrations, and surprise gestures to enhance the guest stay.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in luxury villa management or high-end concierge services.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- High standard of grooming and professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Bali area and local attractions is highly desirable.
