Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for direct villa bookings through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Provide detailed information about villa properties, amenities, and local attractions to potential guests
  • Handle all aspects of the booking process, from initial inquiry to confirmation and post-booking follow-up
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local events to provide accurate and current information to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in hospitality or tourism industry, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency with computer systems and booking software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and attractions is a significant advantage
