Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in senior villa/hotel management with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and luxury hospitality trends
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages a plus
