Are you an experienced technical leader with a passion for maintaining high-end hospitality properties? Villa Ventures Bali is seeking a dedicated Villa Engineering Supervisor to oversee the technical operations of our premium villa portfolio in the Uluwatu area.
In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our property infrastructure. You will lead a small team to ensure that every aspect of our villasāfrom electrical and plumbing systems to pool maintenance and architectural aestheticsāis functioning at a world-class standard. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who excels in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique technical demands of luxury tropical properties.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests experience seamless comfort by preventing technical downtime and managing proactive maintenance schedules. If you are a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of building systems, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance tasks across villa properties.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure high-quality service and timely repairs.
- Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized projects or major renovations.
- Oversee water treatment and pool filtration systems to maintain impeccable water quality.
- Handle emergency maintenance requests swiftly and efficiently to minimize guest disruption.
- Monitor inventory levels for engineering supplies and manage procurement requests.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance status, energy consumption, and repair costs for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property engineering, specifically in hotels or luxury villa management.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool maintenance systems.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to be based in the Uluwatu area and available for on-call duties when necessary.
- Professional certification in engineering or related technical field is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS) or basic reporting tools.
