Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute seasonal menus that align with guest preferences.
- Manage inventory levels and control operational costs effectively to maximize profit margins.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the F&B service team to enhance performance and service quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and feedback immediately to maintain a high level of service excellence.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for procurement and quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably within a villa or luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in cost control systems and inventory management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak operating hours.
- Relevant hospitality certifications (e.g., AHLEI) are a distinct advantage.
