Bali Super Host is currently seeking a highly professional and guest-oriented Villa Host/Butler to join our premium villa management team in the tranquil village of Seseh, Mengwi, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and escort guests upon arrival, providing a comprehensive orientation of the villa and its facilities.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and fulfill requests ranging from dining reservations to activity bookings.
- Oversee daily villa upkeep, including coordinating housekeeping, pool maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Plan and execute special occasions such as private dinners, celebrations, and in-villa events.
- Monitor and replenish villa supplies, ensuring all amenities are stocked to luxury standards.
- Communicate with guests before and during their stay to tailor services and resolve concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with external partners (chefs, drivers, tour operators) to deliver seamless experiences.
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback to continuously enhance service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a villa host, butler, or similar role in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, service-first attitude and cultural sensitivity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort driving guests in Bali’s traffic conditions.
- Hospitality certification from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Knowledge of villa maintenance, basic IT troubleshooting, and smart home systems is a plus.
