Bali Super Host is seeking a dedicated Villa Host/Butler to join our elite team in the beautiful cliff-top region of Pecatu. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our international guests, ensuring that their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
As a Villa Host, you are the face of our luxury property management service. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless guest experiences—from seamless check-ins and personalized concierge services to ensuring that every villa reflects our high standard of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and personalized check-in/check-out experience for all guests.
- Act as the primary concierge, arranging local tours, transport, dining reservations, and activities.
- Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure maintenance standards and presentation meet luxury expectations.
- Proactively address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is always pristine.
- Manage basic villa amenities and inventory to ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Maintain clear, polite, and effective communication with the operations management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, villa management, or as a hotel butler.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle requests with grace and discretion.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by villa occupancy.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly, welcoming personality.
