As a Villa Host, you will be the face of our luxury properties. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay. We are looking for an individual who thrives on providing exceptional service, possesses a keen eye for detail, and has a deep understanding of the local hospitality culture.
You will manage day-to-day villa operations, coordinate guest arrivals and departures, and act as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries. If you are a natural problem-solver with a friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide comprehensive property orientations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa remains in pristine condition.
- Manage guest communication, including booking inquiries, concierge services, and local recommendations.
- Monitor villa inventory and ensure essential supplies are stocked and ready for guests.
- Resolve any guest issues or concerns with professionalism, diplomacy, and efficiency.
- Oversee the check-out process, ensuring a smooth departure and collecting valuable guest feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in villa management, hotel operations, or premium guest services.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and hospitality management software.
- A deep understanding of the Ubud area and local tourist attractions.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and maintain composure under pressure.
