In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring that every aspect of their stay exceeds expectations. From the moment of arrival until checkout, you will oversee property operations, coordinate concierge services, and maintain the high standards of luxury associated with our villa portfolio. We are looking for someone with a warm personality, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of what makes a guest's stay truly memorable in Bali.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome guests upon arrival, providing a personalized check-in experience and property orientation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between guests and the property management team throughout the stay.
  • Coordinate concierge services, including restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, and activity bookings.
  • Monitor and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met by the housekeeping and maintenance staff.
  • Proactively handle and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare daily reports on property status, guest arrivals, and maintenance issues.
  • Maintain property inventory and ensure amenities are well-stocked and presented according to brand standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, or luxury customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and property management software.
  • Deep local knowledge of the Bingin/Uluwatu area is highly advantageous.
