Impian Property Management is looking for a dedicated Villa Host / Villa Coordinator to join our team in the vibrant Canggu and Pererenan area. In this role, you will be the face of our luxury properties, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay from check-in to check-out.
As a Villa Host, you will act as the primary point of contact for our guests, managing daily operations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring our villas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a personalized check-in process and provide a comprehensive villa tour.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing requests, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is consistently prepared to luxury standards.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation bookings, and activity reservations in Canggu and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough pre-arrival inspections to ensure all amenities and equipment are in perfect working order.
- Manage basic administrative tasks, including guest registration and check-out procedures.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and security within the villa premises at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality, villa management, guest relations, or a luxury service environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest requests under pressure.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and property aesthetics.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to reach villas located in the Canggu/Pererenan area.
