Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain comprehensive cleanliness of all villa areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor facilities
- Prepare and serve daily breakfast items with attention to presentation and dietary requirements
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and guest amenities
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of villa issues
- Uphold strict hygiene standards following Bali's tourism regulations
- Anticipate guest needs through proactive room preparation and personalized touches
- Document cleaning schedules and maintenance requests for operational efficiency
- Train junior staff on villa-specific protocols and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality housekeeping or villa management
- Knowledge of Bali's tourism industry and guest expectations
- Food handling certification or equivalent breakfast preparation skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for clear communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid work permit for Indonesia if applicable
