Join the dynamic team at PT Bali Pacific Property as a dedicated Villa Maintenance Technician or Supervisor. We are currently seeking a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and repair of our luxury villas in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of comfort and safety for our guests and property owners. Your expertise will be critical in managing the complex systems of our villas, including water pumps, plumbing, and electrical wiring. You will also conduct routine AC checks and provide detailed daily reporting to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on villa facilities, including plumbing and fixtures.
- Inspect and maintain water pump systems and pressure regulators to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct basic electrical repairs and safety checks on lighting and appliances.
- Troubleshoot and service air conditioning units, ensuring consistent cooling and efficiency.
- Generate and submit daily maintenance reports to the management team.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and villa owners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid technical certification or vocational training in plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in villa, resort, or hotel maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of water pump systems, irrigation, and pressure management.
- Ability to perform basic electrical wiring and handle electrical tools safely.
- Experience with air conditioning systems (split or central units).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Must be available for full-time employment and willing to work flexible hours.
