Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and guest satisfaction? MAGIC GARDEN CAFE is seeking a dedicated and experienced Villa Manager to oversee operations and maintain the highest standards of service at our premium villa property in Bali.

In this role, you will be the face of our guest experience, responsible for the seamless daily operation of the villa. You will manage staff performance, maintain property aesthetics, and ensure every guest enjoys a world-class stay. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a skilled communicator, and possesses a deep understanding of the unique hospitality landscape in Bali.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end villa operations, including guest check-ins/check-outs and concierge services.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain property standards, ensuring all facilities are pristine and well-maintained.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
  • Manage vendor relationships, supply procurement, and inventory control.
  • Prepare periodic reports on property performance, occupancy, and maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across the property.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, or luxury guest services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in digital booking platforms, property management systems, or Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the hospitality industry.
