Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of villa operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and promptly addressing any requests or concerns.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of villa staff, including housekeepers, gardeners, and security personnel.
- Manage villa budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies, optimizing operational costs.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all facilities and equipment are in perfect working order.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and provide comprehensive information about the villa and local attractions.
- Build strong relationships with local suppliers and service providers to enhance guest experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in villa management, hotel management, or a similar luxury hospitality role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Solid understanding of property maintenance, housekeeping standards, and operational logistics.
- Proficiency in relevant hospitality software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.
