Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the luxury villa, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times
- Manage and lead a team of villa staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel
- Coordinate guest check-in/check-out procedures, handle special requests, and ensure personalized experiences
- Supervise property maintenance, inventory management, and budget adherence
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or villa management, preferably in Bali or similar tropical destinations
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in a high-end service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Knowledge of local culture, attractions, and tourism industry in Bali
- Proficiency in property management software and reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
