Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily villa operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and security protocols
- Manage and mentor villa staff through training schedules, performance reviews, and shift coordination
- Coordinate guest experiences from arrival to departure, including personalized itinerary planning
- Handle budget management, vendor relationships, and inventory control for villa supplies
- Implement and maintain highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sustainability practices
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize villa occupancy rates
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining positive relationships
- Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in luxury villa or high-end hospitality management
- Proven team leadership and staff development capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, attractions, and local service providers
- Proficiency in property management software and reservation systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
