Join Triang Villas as a Villa Manager and lead exceptional guest experiences in one of Bali's most stunning locations. This pivotal role requires you to orchestrate seamless villa operations, ensuring every detail exceeds guest expectations while maintaining impeccable standards of luxury and service. You'll be the cornerstone of our hospitality efforts, managing everything from personalized guest interactions to proactive maintenance oversight. As the primary liaison between guests and property owners, you'll cultivate relationships built on trust and excellence while ensuring full compliance with local safety regulations and sustainability practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily villa operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service quality control
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized concierge services and anticipating needs
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations with vendors and contractors
- Manage financial operations including budget tracking, expense reports, and owner communications
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, hygiene standards, and sustainability initiatives
- Train and mentor villa staff to maintain high service standards and cultural sensitivity
- Develop operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in luxury villa or high-end hospitality management
- Proven track record in staff supervision and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of Balinese culture, tourism regulations, and local resources
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in property management software and basic accounting systems
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with Tabanan region
