We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Villa Manager to join our team at BaliEst Villas Management. You will be entrusted with the oversight of a private luxury villa in the heart of Ubud, Bali. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure the seamless operation of the property, managing both the guest experience and the day-to-day administration of the villa.
As the Villa Manager, you will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our international clientele while maintaining the highest standards of service and property upkeep. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure that every detail contributes to a memorable stay. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the luxury villa to ensure it meets the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and grace.
- Coordinate with external service providers for repairs, renovations, and supply procurement.
- Prepare and manage the villa's inventory and budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in villa management or luxury hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of the Ubud area, including local culture, cuisine, and transportation options.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is highly preferred.
- Experience with property management software is an advantage.
