Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily villa operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and proactive issue resolution
- Manage property budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships effectively
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to uphold property standards and safety protocols
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and marketing approaches
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in senior villa/hospitality management role
- Proven track record in revenue management and operations optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of luxury property management systems and booking platforms
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid work permit for Indonesia or willingness to obtain
- Experience in Bali tourism market preferred
