Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail? PT Lalita Gaia Dharma is seeking a dedicated and proactive Villa Manager to oversee our premium villa complex in the heart of Seminyak, Bali.

As a Villa Manager, you will serve as the face of our property, ensuring that every guest receives a world-class experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, lead our onsite team, and maintain the highest standards of service and property maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an hospitality expert to take ownership of operations in one of Bali's most vibrant locations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily villa operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams, to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain property standards through regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Oversee guest relations, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement to ensure cost-efficiency and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all villa facilities.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for service and revenue improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, specifically in villas or boutique hotels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle guest issues with tact and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail regarding property maintenance and guest service standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Knowledge of online booking systems and property management software (PMS).
