- Oversee daily villa operations including staff management, maintenance coordination, and inventory control
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation
- Lead team training sessions to ensure exceptional service standards and operational protocols
- Manage guest interactions, resolving inquiries and exceeding satisfaction expectations
- Monitor financial performance, including budget management and cost optimization
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement health and safety protocols while maintaining property aesthetics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality management with villa/resort experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Strong financial acumen with revenue management and budget control skills
- Exceptional communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism market and guest expectations
- Proficiency in property management software and digital booking systems
