Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of luxury villa properties, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently
- Welcome and accommodate guests with exceptional service, addressing all inquiries and requests promptly
- Manage and coordinate staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and property improvements
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security protocols
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and amenities
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records of activities and expenses
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in villa or luxury hospitality management, preferably in Bali or similar destinations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience coordinating staff and contractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high standards of property presentation
- Problem-solving abilities and composure in handling guest issues and emergencies
- Knowledge of local attractions, culture, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Basic accounting and financial management skills for budget oversight and expense tracking
- Valid work permit for Indonesia if not a local resident
