In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional. You will be responsible for managing the villa’s daily operations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your leadership will directly impact the property's reputation and guest loyalty, making this a pivotal role within our development group.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the private villa to ensure smooth functionality.
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain impeccable standards.
- Provide exceptional guest services, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, renovations, and supply orders.
- Manage guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, expenses, and guest feedback.
- Uphold the brand’s luxury standards and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in villa management, hospitality, or luxury residential management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the local area (Badung/Bali) and cultural etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
