Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage, train, and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, cleaning, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage budgets effectively.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
- Maintain the physical condition of the property and enforce safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in villa management or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and inventory.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and property maintenance.
- Valid driver's license is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
