Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all villa operations including staff management, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and anticipatory care
- Manage property maintenance, inventory control, and budget adherence
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and issue resolution
- Implement and maintain health/safety protocols and operational standards
- Develop marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in villa/hospitality management with luxury property experience
- Proven leadership skills with staff management background
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Strong knowledge of Nusa Penida tourism landscape and attractions
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and office applications
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
