As our Villa Manager, you will lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will coordinate between internal teams, guests, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping quality control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a premium check-in/check-out experience and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Manage and train on-site staff to ensure adherence to high-standard hospitality service protocols.
  • Coordinate with maintenance contractors and external vendors to ensure the property remains in top-tier condition.
  • Maintain property inventory levels and manage basic operational budgets for supplies and services.
  • Implement health, safety, and security protocols across the property to ensure guest well-being.
  • Generate periodic operational reports to provide transparency on property performance and maintenance needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, or luxury property management.
  • Strong command of English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market and customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in property management software and basic office computer skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hospitality demands.
