As the Villa Manager, you will act as the face of the property, balancing operational oversight, financial management, and high-touch guest service. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, check-outs, and a personalized luxury experience.
- Manage and supervise villa staff, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams, to ensure high service standards.
- Maintain property aesthetics and infrastructure, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance to keep the villa in top-tier condition.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, vendor relations, and inventory procurement for guest supplies and amenities.
- Proactively handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure 5-star satisfaction and positive online reviews.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to optimize occupancy rates and coordinate villa availability.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, or luxury hospitality leadership.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse operational teams.
- Exceptional command of English and Indonesian (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- In-depth knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen, including basic accounting knowledge and reporting skills.
- Deep understanding of local Bali culture and hospitality regulations.
- Flexibility to work shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays as required by business needs.
