Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end villa operations, including guest arrivals, departures, and daily property management.
- Provide personalized concierge services to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Supervise, train, and motivate villa staff to ensure strict adherence to operational SOPs and service standards.
- Coordinate regular property maintenance and ensure the villa is kept in pristine condition at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, including guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure the villa meets company luxury standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
- In-depth knowledge of villa maintenance requirements and operational excellence.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in property management software and basic administrative reporting.
