As Villa Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our guest satisfaction journey, responsible for everything from staff coordination to preventive maintenance. Your role involves anticipating guest needs, resolving inquiries promptly, and implementing operational improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise villa staff including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and prompt issue resolution
- Manage property operations including inventory control, budget adherence, and vendor coordination
- Implement and maintain health/safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Coordinate with management on property improvements and guest feedback initiatives
- Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures and special requests
- Oversee property maintenance schedules and quality control inspections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality management with villa/hotel experience
- Proven leadership skills with staff training and development abilities
- Strong knowledge of Bali tourism industry and local regulations
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in property management software and digital tools
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving mindset with crisis management experience
