You'll be the central hub coordinating between guests, villa staff, and management systems. From managing reservation calendars and handling guest inquiries to overseeing property readiness and coordinating special requests, your organizational skills will directly impact our reputation for excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage villa booking systems and coordinate reservation calendars across multiple properties
- Handle guest inquiries, pre-arrival communications, and post-stay follow-ups
- Oversee villa readiness including inspections, maintenance coordination, and staff scheduling
- Process payments, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with booking policies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for operational efficiency
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and implement service recovery protocols
- Monitor occupancy rates and optimize booking strategies for revenue maximization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in hospitality, villa management, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO) and property management software
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capability
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Knowledge of Seminyak/Bali tourism landscape and local attractions
- Valid work permit for Indonesia and reliable transportation
