Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily villa operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications
- Supervise villa staff including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams
- Optimize Property Management System (PMS) usage for bookings, inventory, and reporting
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and quality control for all properties
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor budgets and financial performance of villa operations
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance guest experiences and occupancy rates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality software
- Strong knowledge of Bali tourism regulations and local market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proven experience in staff training and performance management
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
