Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for operational excellence and luxury guest experiences? Katamata is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Villa Operations Manager to oversee our premium portfolio in the heart of Bali.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our villas are not only well-maintained but also performing at their peak across all digital channels. You will bridge the gap between high-level e-commerce management and on-the-ground hospitality execution, ensuring every guest journey is seamless from the moment they book on Airbnb or Booking.com until they check out.

We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen eye for maximizing asset performance in a competitive tropical market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize villa listings across major e-commerce platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) and our direct booking website.
  • Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping scheduling, maintenance coordination, and inventory management.
  • Maintain high-level guest communication to ensure 5-star reviews and exceptional hospitality standards.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all villas meet brand quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and staff to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Analyze operational performance data and provide regular reports to stakeholders regarding villa profitability.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, or property management in Bali.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Channel Managers and OTA extranets (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to team management.
  • Deep understanding of the Bali tourism market and local hospitality regulations.
  • Professional, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
