Villa Finder is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Villa OTA & Distribution Executive to join our growing team in the beautiful island of Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maximizing the online visibility, occupancy rates, and revenue for our curated portfolio of stunning private villas across the archipelago. You will take ownership of our partnerships with leading Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia, and Traveloka, while also strategically developing direct booking channels.
Your mission is to ensure seamless distribution, optimize content and pricing strategies, and drive direct and indirect bookings. As the bridge between Villa Finder and the global travel market, you will dive deep into data analytics, monitoring market trends, competitor pricing, and channel performance to create and execute actionable revenue management strategies.
This role is perfect for a data-driven hospitality professional with a passion for the luxury vacation rental sector and a deep understanding of the digital travel landscape. You will work closely with our marketing, operations, and villa owners' teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize relationships with all third-party OTAs and direct booking channels to maximize exposure and revenue.
- Oversee villa listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate room types, rates, availability, and stunning visual content.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotional campaigns based on market demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze channel performance, booking trends, and ROI using tools like Data Studio, Tableau, or OTA-specific analytics dashboards.
- Identify new distribution opportunities and emerging travel platforms to expand the company's market reach.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create compelling property descriptions and localized landing pages.
- Resolve any technical or operational issues related to channel connectivity and property management systems (PMS).
- Prepare regular reports on distribution performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in OTA management, revenue management, or distribution within the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with major OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, channel management tools (e.g., SiteMinder, Cloudbeds), and RMS.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, direct booking strategies, and digital marketing funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (fluency in Indonesian is a strong plus).
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the luxury travel and villa industry in Southeast Asia.
