Villa Finder, a leader in luxury villa rentals, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented OTA & Distribution Executive to join our growing team in Bali. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our online presence, ensuring our stunning property portfolio achieves maximum visibility and optimal performance across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
You will be responsible for managing channel performance, monitoring inventory parity, and implementing strategies to drive bookings. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain property listings across all OTA channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Monitor and update availability, rates, and minimum stay restrictions to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Analyze distribution performance data to identify growth opportunities and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the villa management team to ensure photos, descriptions, and amenities are compelling and up-to-date.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
- Resolve channel-related technical issues and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers.
- Prepare regular reports on channel productivity and market competitiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in OTA management, channel management, or reservation operations in the travel industry.
- Deep understanding of Extranet systems (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) and Channel Manager software.
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on conversion rate optimization and guest satisfaction.
