Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of all villa public areas (pools, gardens, lobbies)
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment
- Execute minor repairs and technical interventions (electrical, plumbing, structural)
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for coordinated operations
- Document maintenance activities and report major issues to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in villa/hotel maintenance or engineering
- Technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic construction
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot independently
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid work permits for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
