We are looking for a dedicated Villa Reservation Specialist to join the dynamic team at Taroo Cafe. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they inquire until their departure. We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to guest service.

Your responsibilities will include managing incoming reservations, handling check-in and check-out procedures with precision, and addressing guest needs efficiently. You will serve as the bridge between our guests and the villa operations, ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with professionalism.
  • Process guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, verifying all necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for arrivals.
  • Handle guest special requests, feedback, and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations, guest profiles, and transactions.
  • Promote villa packages and services to potential clients to maximize occupancy.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily guest information sheets for the team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or villa management.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with reservation management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
  • Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid ID card and a professional appearance.
