We are seeking a dedicated and welcoming Villa Reservation Staff to join the Taroo Cafe team in the beautiful setting of Gianyar, Bali. As a pivotal member of our hospitality department, you will be responsible for creating the first impression for our guests and ensuring their stay begins and ends with excellence. Your role involves managing the front-of-house operations, specifically focusing on guest lists, check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining a high standard of service. You will be the face of Taroo Cafe, handling guest requests with a warm smile and resolving any concerns professionally. Additionally, you will oversee the collection of payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience in one of Bali's premier destinations.

- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Process and collect payments from guests, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and securely.
- Handle incoming guest requests and inquiries promptly, providing personalized service to meet their needs.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues swiftly using strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Maintain an organized and updated guest list and reservation records within the system.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and kitchen, to ensure seamless guest services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to encourage positive reviews and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or reservation roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a fluent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with reservation software or MS Office.
- A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
