Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily villa operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the villa housekeeping, maintenance, and service staff to ensure operational standards are met.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetics.
- Manage inventory levels for guest amenities, supplies, and villa equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors to ensure timely facility repairs and upkeep.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Prepare periodic operational reports for management regarding property performance and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in villas or luxury resorts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in property management software and basic office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
- Deep understanding of Bali's hospitality landscape and local cultural nuances.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
