Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily villa operations including staff scheduling, performance management, and service quality assurance
- Manage guest communication and resolve inquiries/complaints with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement and maintain operational standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest experience
- Conduct regular property inspections and quality control assessments
- Train and develop villa staff on service protocols, cultural awareness, and emergency procedures
- Monitor inventory systems and oversee procurement of villa supplies and amenities
- Collaborate with management to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality or villa management
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, tourism landscape, and local regulations
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Certification in hospitality management or equivalent industry training preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
