In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, property maintenance, and guest satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for both our guests and our dedicated staff.
As a Villa Supervisor, you will drive the operational excellence of the villa, managing everything from daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules to inventory control and administrative duties. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the unique beauty of Bali while maintaining rigorous quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor housekeeping and maintenance staff, conducting regular training and performance reviews.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to luxury standards.
- Manage guest relations, handling inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement of supplies and amenities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and household supplies to minimize waste and cost.
- Prepare daily operational reports and handle administrative tasks, including payroll and scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in villa management, hospitality, or hotel operations, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, guest service protocols, and local regulations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during peak tourist seasons.
- Valid working permit for Indonesia (if applicable).
