Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily villa operations including staff scheduling, maintenance coordination, and guest services
- Train and supervise villa staff to ensure exceptional service standards and operational efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and implement personalized guest experience protocols
- Oversee property inventory management, supplier relationships, and budget adherence
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote villa amenities and guest experiences
- Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in villa or luxury property management
- Proven leadership and team management skills in hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of Balinese tourism industry and local attractions
- Proficiency in property management software and basic financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Valid Indonesian work permit and clean background check
